Returns & Exchanges

At T-SUN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home lighting and decor; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original T-SUN box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
